We currently offer free delivery within the United Kingdom. Shipping costs are covered by Starlink, and orders are shipped from our UK warehouse. Deliveries across the UK are handled by Panther Logistics.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, in-stock orders are typically shipped within 1 business day (and may ship the same day), excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipping times may be affected during public holidays due to manufacturer or courier restrictions. This is beyond our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday period.
Special circumstances (such as high order volumes, new product launches, or stock replenishment periods) may result in extended shipping times.
Once the product has been signed for, Starlink is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
For items lost, stolen, or damaged due to actions or inactions by Panther Logistics, we can assist in filing a claim with the courier; however, we are not primarily responsible for courier-related incidents.
After dispatch, tracking numbers may take several days to activate within the courier's system. If tracking information does not appear immediately, please check again later.
All shipments require a signature upon delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor delivery updates and contact the courier regarding any schedule changes. Starlink is not responsible for parcels that cannot be delivered due to customer unavailability or incorrect information.

Note: Orders are generally processed and shipped on the next business day. If the order is placed during business hours, processing may occur quickly, and changes may not be possible.
After Shipping

Order Cancellation:
If your order has already been shipped and cannot be modified, you may refuse delivery. A £150 return shipping fee will apply. Starlink will provide a return label for the designated carrier. -
Address Changes:
No charge if the address change is successfully processed by the courier.
If unsuccessful, you may refuse delivery. This will be treated as a return request, and a £150 return shipping fee will apply. -
Order Modification:
If you wish to change to a different Starlink kit or model, please contact customer support in advance, place a new order for the desired kit, and return the original equipment following the return policy.
Important:
Customers must email customer support to request cancellation. Once approved, Starlink will send a cancellation confirmation email. Do not send return parcels without authorization. Unauthorized or late returns may be rejected, and any resulting costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

If you do not have an account, you may track your shipment using your order number via the courier’s official tracking page.

If tracking indicates that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact us within 3 business days. After 3 business days, the matter must be resolved directly with the courier.
